Fraser Valley Music Explosion: Five Exciting Events!
Starting tonight, there’s a flurry of activity in the Fraser Valley with regards to local and touring music.
It all starts 7 pm TONIGHT(!) at Wired Monk in Langley with Lauren Mann and the Fairly Odd Folk from Calgary. This is a free show!

The fun continues into next week when UFV’s Student Union Society brings the fun to Chilliwack with Joel Willoughby and The Hot Moonbeams FOR FREE at Corky’s on Wednesday, February, 9th at 8pm. Students get 25% off food and beverages with their U-Pass.

Abbotsford plays host to a pair of stellar shows on Friday, February, 11, when Casey’s on Campus gets Franklyn Currie and Old Mare for a Singer Songwriter Night going from 6 - 10 pm. Admission is $10 and $5 to Non-Students and Students respectively, with each cover charge entitling patrons to a drink and a burger!

After the Singer Songwriter night, come head down to CIVL Stage 8 with Fish and Bird from Vancouver/Victoria, and Teapot Hill from Chilliwack, which includes UFV Student and CIVL Volunteer Ryan Wugalter! This show is FREE, but a $5 donation is suggested, though no one will be turned away.

And finally, the flurry comes full circle in Chilliwack that same night, Friday, February, 11th at Decades Coffee where Lauren Mann and the Fairly Odd Folk continue their cross-Canada tour at 7:30 with Jamison Troy and Jordan Klassen
