Fridays on the Abbotsford Campus of UFV, Student Life and UFV Campus Rec is hosting street hockey in the parking lot next to U-House every Friday at 4 p.m. This event will run from now until Aug 20, 2010.

Every Monday at University House (Building F) at 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. there is drop-in yoga for staff and students of UFV. Join Sheena from July 5 to Aug 25 to practice Ashtanga yoga and meditation.

Summer time is here and it is a great time to be physically active. The UFV Campus Rec program of UFV’s Student Life has got it covered.
From pickleball to street hockey to yoga to much more, check out the UFV Campus Rec website for information on what great activities you can participate in. Most activities happen during Wednesdays and Fridays from now until late August.

Hey students, staff and faculty of UFV, are you into ping pong?
From 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Friday, June 18, 2010 the UFV Campus Rec department is hosting a ping pong tournament for both singles and doubles in University House (building F). The tournament costs $5 and it includes food as well as prizes for first, second and third.
If you are interested, you have to register by June 15, 2010. Email campusrec@ufv.ca today to register.
